Learning that sticks
Insights Discovery is a simple and accessible four colour model that helps us to understand ourselves and others. Every person has all four colour energies within them, & it's the combination of these energies which creates each unique personality.
Our colour energies refer to a set of characteristics that tend to be our most preferred or most natural way to be. It's simple to understand and remember. That means people can continue to use the Insights Discovery terminology on a daily basis, which is vital when conflicts arise, team dynamics change or there is a change in leadership.

What do I get?
O4BP offers this workshop delivery in collaboration with 'Inside Inspiration' who is licensed to work with Insights Discovery®. Once you have booked an Insights Discovery workshop with us, an O4B+ Solutionist will connect with Aisling Monahan from 'Inside Inspiration' and participants will receive a link to an online evaluation. By answering a series of questions a Personal Preference Profile will be generated for each individual in the form of a comprehensive report that includes;
- Overview section comprising; personal style, interacting with others and decision-making
- Strengths, weaknesses and value to the team
- Management - how you like to manage and be managed (if selected)
- Communication style
- Possible blind spots
- Opposite type and strategies
- Suggestions for development
- Creating your ideal working environment
Using the profiles as a starting point, we work with your people, teams and leaders to unearth their strengths and work on areas for improvement. This allows them to face the things that are standing between them and peak performance, such as effective communication, management styles, sales performance and finding an environment that inspires them to do their best work.
